Dana has over 13 years of experience in the medical device industry as an embedded software engineer and systems engineer. In these roles, she worked as part of global teams on the development of new products in patient monitoring and defibrillation for the EMS, air medical, military, cardiac catheterization lab, and electrophysiology lab markets. She is also a co-inventor of four design patents.
As an Instructor Professor of Practice, Dana will develop a certificate in systems engineering emphasizing topics most relevant to the industry and meeting the needs of practicing engineers seeking to further their development.
