Learn more about Lab Director Dr. Lei Fan and current students and collaborators of the Fan Flow Integrated Research Laboratory at the Marquette University and Medical College of Wisconsin Joint Department of Biomedical Engineering.
Dr. Lei Fan is director and principal investigator of the Fan Flow Integrated Research Laboratory. Her research interests include computational and experimental biomechanics, as well as the development and optimization of clinical treatments and medical devices. As an assistant professor in the MU-MCW Joint Department of Biomedical Engineering, Dr. Fan teaches Biomechanics Lab Design I & II at Marquette University.
Chenghan received his Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering with minor in Computer Science from Michigan State University. He is currently seeking his PhD in biomedical engineering with a focus on modeling development of the coronary vascular system and carries out correlative in vivo experimentation using the rodent model.
William received his Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Engineering and Technology from the University of Wisconsin—Oshkosh. He is currently seeking his Master of Science Degree in Biomedical Engineering.
Bing received his Master's Degree in Engineering Mechanics from Shanghai University. He is currently seeking his PhD in Biomedical Engineering with a focus on computational modeling development and soft tissue experimentation.
In keeping with the educational mission of the Fan Flow Research Laboratory, undergraduate students are invited to participate in ongoing research projects through a variety of undergraduate research programs sponsored by the Marquette-MCW Joint Department of Biomedical Engineering.
