March 2021: Congratulations to MUSoD Dental Student Mourin Serour, who won two awards for the research she conducted in the OREC Biomaterials Lab—First Place in the Predoctoral Clinical Case category AND the IADR Student Research Day Award for her research project entitled, “Micro CT and Histological Findings of Atypical Molar Root Formation in Patients Diagnosed with PHACES Syndrome.” Mourin presented her research project at the 21st Annual MUSoD Research Day, Milwaukee, WI, March 17, 2021. November 2020: Dr. Toth recently served as a panelist on the “Biomechanics of Artificial Disc Replacement (ADR) Design Rationale: Material Differences” DOCS SPINE + ORTHOPEDICS 2nd Annual “Hybrid” Spine Arthroplasty Summit held November 13th and 14th of this year in Los Angeles, California.
