The Global Mobility outreach clinics support better health care through technology. For organizations working with MAL's Global Mobility program, this includes quantitative motion analysis, which improves surgical and rehabilitative treatment approaches. Our goals are better clinical care and educational support for physicians and residents, research (for those clinics wishing to do so) and independence, as we strive for all clinics to become self-sufficient. To this end, the Global Mobility program has established motion analysis laboratories in Cali, Colombia; Manila, Philippines; Mexico City, Mexico; Mumbai, India; and Taoyuan City, Taiwan. In addition, new labs are under development in the United States.

Coursework and laboratory experiences in Global Mobility are offered through the OREC's Motion Analysis program (a-c) and the Joint Department of Biomedical Engineering. Students completing a one-semester course of instruction qualify for rotations through the Marquette Office of International Education to some of MAL's outreach motion analysis laboratories. The OREC Global Mobility program also falls within the new Public Health and Equity minor at Marquette, open to students across the campus.
